6 Channel Amp, need suggestions

I'm looking to put a system in my honda civic 2001 , i want to put in component speakers(audiobahns prob) in the front and back, also two subs(prob fosgate ones) in the back. still deciding on which ones i want. But i dont know which 6 channel amps are good? need help

I personally wouldn't get Audiobahn speakers, at all.

Are you going to be basing your amp off the speaker's requirements or basing your speakers off the amp's specs?

I'd get a JBL GTO755.6 is you really want a 6ch amp. Why not just get a mono amp for your subs and get a nice 4ch for the comps? That's what I'd do.

If you want a cheap one and you like Audiobahn, I'll sell you my A6601t for $100 shipped. It has while lights in it instead of blue, but I could change it back if you'd like. (Reason why it's so cheap, it goes into protect, K&B can fix it for ~$75 shipped)

Why limit yourself to 6-channel amplifiers? Why not get a 4-channel for the speakers and a mono amp for the subs? Or a 5-channel amplifier (4-channels for the speakers and a mono channel for the subs)?

Just because you need 6 channels of amplification, doesn't mean they have to be all in one chassis.

Also, look into speakers other than Audiobahn.....please.

^^Yeah pretty much whatever JBL has (amp-wise, and not talking about the crowns), Infinity will have an alomst perfect match to it, regarding specs and price point. Probably because they are both from Harmon, but I don't know if the exact same internals or not.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Memphis Belle, hit up ebay my friend, best bet is to get a used one, newer the better. make sure it's at least says Mclass on it....newer the better
