5500 watts on...

I run lots of power on a single run. I have seen people do multiple runs and gain nothing. Saying that, it doesn't hurt to run more.

I would recommend 2 runs of ground and 2 runs of power from the front battery to the back ones.

so if from front to back is 15' 2 runs per battery would be 60' so i would need 120' for 2 batteries?

I think something like this is what folks are talking about....two runs each from front to first battery, then smaller runs from 1st to second battery

so, 60' plus whatever you need from battery to battery for 4 runs

What kinda amp you running??? And i run two runs of 1/0 gauge, stock ac delco battery under the hood and stock alt, and two dekas in the rear, and with my two GD6001s at a idle producing 5212wrms i never went below 13.8volts, then i would rev it to 1800-2100rpm and around 14.3volts!!

going with 2 amps 1 is sundowns 3000 watt model and the other is there 4 channel model

Very nice choice, and you should be just fine, but where you getting 5500watts from, but non the less you have enough electrical to back those two amps up for sure!! They are both very effecient amplifiers

When you have two batteries in the rear, the amplifiers will be getting a majority of their amperage from the rear batteries.

ya i made a mistake i was thinking about going with 4 q 18's and 2 kicker zx2500.1 amps..but didnt feel like spendint a extra $1000+ just for 1 more sub, plus i really want to own a sundown amp..lol

id still run two run whats it ganna cost u maybe less then 60 dollars for a more efficient set up along witha groung

LOL alot better choice of amplifiers anyways then the kickers, and i would also run one more run of 1/0 gauge.

i am, im going to pick up another kit of kickers pkd1 kit..i get them from a site that sells them for $85 shipped..so whats another $85 when you've already spent a few grand..lol
