.5 ohm stable amp?

Im lookin to get a Fi BTL 12. The wiring option was daul 1 ohms or daul 2hms. I know a dual 1 ohm needs .5 ohm load so i was wondering what type of amp would be able to handle that. Ive only found a few that have directly said they were .5 ohms stable so are those the only ones i can use? Any advice would be a huge help.

why not get the D2??

if you get a dual 1ohm just get an amp that does 2000 or so @ 2ohms

dual 2 wires to

1ohm

or

4ohm

dual 1 wires to

.5ohm

or

2ohm

Alot of amps are .5 stable if you have the electrical backbone to support it...

How much you looking to spend is the next question?

what would i wire the sub to if i was guna do the 2000 @ 2ohm?

Kicker amps put out max power @ 2 ohms, I would reccomend getting one of those if you get the dual 1 ohm coil sub.
