.5 ohm daily amps?

I doubt a Memphis 4k will last at .5 ohm with just a H.O. Alt and a Yellowtop...

i run my xp1400 daily at .5...granted its probably isnt doin but like 1800rms wit my idle voltage at around low 13s...but i can play it for hours and barely start to feel it heat up...even at full tilt driving around it still never gets but slightly warm

I know both of these amps are out of ur price range... buttt... these are the only amps I would trust a newb with at .5 ohms.

both of these amps come alive at .5 and the D9 is the best 1 ohm amp I have seen that can be dropped clear down to .25

I would look into a mmats 3500.05...I have seen a few go for cheap.

ab 500.1 at half ohm and 2 nsb90s,on 12 volt system,i was getting 4200 watts.this was done on 4 dual 4 ohm 12 inch l7s by the way!

my vote goes to an IA40.1

I ran an IA 20.1 on a stock 130amp alty and a kinetik 2400 @ 0.5, and it never once gave me any troubles. I even went on a 6 hour drive across the state with it on at a decent volume the whole time, and no troubles.

A Solid Audio F2500D should do around 3000 watts and will handle .5 ohms all day.
