friend wans a low budget system, just to be better than stock.

need:

5 channel amp

12 sub

6.5's

6x9s

wiring.

any ideas/opinions?

Should posted in the WTB, would have got some bites I'm sure.

Local craigslist for the sub w/box is the best option. ebay for everything else. Just get low mid level product and you can make it right at budget.

powerbass for thw 5 channel sonicelectronix , 12" mb quart RWE302/304 off woofersetc.com , and prolly phoenix gold RSD's for the speakers. That may be a little over 400 but thats as good as it will get unless you buy used.

im trying to find that powerbass a little cheaper or used on here

im taking that mb sub and yeah il try and find some stuff on the classfields. kinda hard to find stuff that cheap though. =/

you wont regret the mb 12,

i ran one for a long time on just under 900 watts and it handled it beautifully, and was very clean in a sealed box.

thanks. im really glad to be hearing some good things from this sub. some other options were some hifonics or powerbass- eeh.
