oh shit lol, u built that nice box but u don't know what the baffle is? its the front and rear of the box. it looks like the subs aren't screwed in

It's the flemsy little board you mounted your woofers to. flex = loss of output.
Needs more bracing. try flush mounting over them for a double baffle.
that would solve the problem, yes, BUT that box is extremely cramped as it is and depending on the thickness of the mdf (if it's 1", i dunno if that'd even work). i would just use some triangles on the inside to up the rigidity.

Thats a pretty good idea however, I don't think I could be able to add another piece of wood there, it simply won't fit.

I do relize that I'm losing power because of it, just haven't gotten around to adding a brace.

I'm thinking of putting in two pieces of .75" mdf together (scraps) then sliding them b/w the port and baffle. Probaly gonna end up screwing in one side into the baffle then gluing both sides.

exactly, so just do some interior bracing

you're not losing power //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif unless u mean that since ur losing output u need to crank it up more. a simple bracing system should aid in better output overall.
