the hifonics is a bit overrated.. not sure what it would bench... plus he'll want to do sealed, not ported....

I'm still voting for a single sub @ 2ohms... the extra wattage is going to strain the charging system and the amp...

PM 6spdcoupe. Ask him about rainbows, pick the set you like in your price range... use damplifier from http://www.secondskin.com all over the doors to make sure there are no leaks between the inner door and the cab.

hahaha..ive been planning on selling my truck..and i decided to do that before i installed any of my systems. and the truck sale is going pretty slow, so i just decided to throw my subs in there and call it good. so they are..stock dodge components..

i have a set of KS6.2 in the box in my room, but i dont see the sense in installing them then selling my truck. so im waiting to get my new truck, then install them.

You can put upto 1500 daily on the DD 2510's...Id rather have room to spare than push something to its extreme limits...daily...I know people putting 3000 to the 2500 series DD subs....

no it'll be the other way around... which is much more dangerous to your equipment....

get dual 1 ohm, single sub, run the amp at 2 ohms............................................ 2 fi's is going to push your amp too hard... you will clip the amp, then you will kill the fi's...

your amp can do anything from 1-infinity ohms... and any decimal point in between...

you can run 1, 2, 4, 8, or even 16 ohms... ... not just one ohm
