4 sub's, having a problem with 2

I have four kicker comps on 2 900 watt 2 channel amps. I have them split off one power wire with a dist block. Two of them work fine on one of the amps. On the second amp, when one sub is connected, that one sub works fine but when I hook up the second sub on the second amp, both subs move but put out no bass. I have tried bridging the amp as well as running them in parallel but it does the same thing. Is there something wrong with the wires or amp or subs? The second amp is new and so are the sub's connected to it. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

One sub is wired opposite of the other three. Change the positive/negative on the sub that is wired opposite of the rest of them.

I found that it is one of the channels having a problem, can I fix this by getting a new fuse?
