4" comp set or 5 1/4 in the back??

Need them for an 89 camry. Whate are some decent sets. Or should i get the 5 1/4 " set and install in back.

I could make something out of mdf when school starts. (25th)

WOuld like to be 100 or under.

if you can fit the 5.25" i would suggest them.
