4 ohm amp to 2 dvc 4ohm subs

I was wondering if you could wire two dvc 4ohm subs to a 4ohm amp because i read in another forum that you couldn't wire a 2ohm amp to two dvc 2ohm subs is this true and if it is true then the same concept applies to the 4ohm amp wired to two dvc 4ohm subs right //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

2 dvc 4 ohm subs can both be wired in series to represent a 4 ohm load. this is a mono amp or bridged to 1 channel right? if it is series wiring will work

well it is a 2 channel that i bridged to 1 channel

Wire the two coils of the subs in series and then wire the two subs in parallel. Final load is 4 ohms.
