I don't think I have ever seen a MT crated.

and fedex still managed to rip it apart... the crate that is... sub was unscathed besides some scuffs and rips in the surround...

came out a little better than me. although somehow the 2 boxes that had the most damage were the ones that the subs made it.

so at least i got 2 good ones for now.

I think Justin paid someone to pack them at a shipping store, UPS will have to cover it if that is the case.

^^ completely agree. UPS will laugh at the person turning in the claim. shipping peanuts and 62 lb sub, like the peanuts are going to cushion it. when i went to UPS, the guy told me what they do when claims get filed is that if the package can sustain damage off a 4 foot drop test, most likely it would be covered.

If you pay an authorized shipping center to pack your items and they are broken the carrier HAS to pay the claim no matter how crappy the packing is. It happened to me... I was sent 18" BTLs in nothing but trash bags and peanuts and they were absolutely destroyed beyond reason. Exactly my point!!!!there isnt anyone on here who hasnt sold 1 thing for more than they paid at some point.

I agree. If someone is trying to get rid of something fast they sell it dirt cheap. If someone wants to buy it and sit on it to make a profit. Oh the hell well!! It is their money and if you think the product is not worth what they are asking then don't buy it.
