UPS will laugh at the person turning in the claim. shipping peanuts and 62 lb sub, like the peanuts are going to cushion it.  when i went to UPS, the guy told me what they do when claims get filed is that if the package can sustain damage off a 4 foot drop test, most likely it would be covered.</p></blockquote><p></p>
