4 channel clipping?

I have a jl 300/4 that I bought from a member here. I have running on it Polk Audio Momo 6.5 comps for front and 6.5 Polk Audio Momo Coaxials rear. The volume keeps going up and down and a 'yellow' light keeps comming off and on at no real pattern.

Im no expert when it comes to this so just tell me some ideas on what this is. I have already readjusted my controls but I cant seem to get it right. Thanks!
