4 channel amp??

Thanks for the model #'s. Do you have the manual? Pioneer's website says that HU has 4 RCA outs and subwoofer control. Does that mean the rear channels can be used as subwoofer outputs? Perhaps it doesn't have subwoofer control and that's a misprint on the website. Are you powering the speakers with the HU?

That subwoofer is a 400 watt rms single 4 ohm.

Bridge channel 3 and 4 on the amp and just positive to positive and negative to negative on the subwoofer.

Use the subwoofer out RCAs from the headunit and connect to the amps channel 3 and 4 RCA inputs.

But again you might want to keep the setup you already have. It's not more power than you already have. Yeah it's a "1200" watt amp but it's a split between 4 channels and you can only use 2 of them for your subwoofer.

So "500" watts bridged with this 4 channel amp or your current "600" watt amp.

Imagine a 4 channel that can not only bridge it's channels, but also daisy chain it's front bridged channels with the rear bridged channels. So it can be a 4/3/2/1 channel/s. We would call it the daisy bridge. I'ma call Steve Mantz right now.
