4 Alpine type R's

ok i have a chance to pay 190 bucks for 2 alpine type R 12" and i was gonna get 4 for 380 bucks and put them in a sealed box and power them with a JBL 1200.1 and then later on get another JBL 1200.1 to have a amp pushing 2 subs a peice. and i have a few questions....how do u think this would sound? is this a good deal? and how would it compare to other compitition subs?? n e advice would be great....thanx guys.....peace

190 for 2 type R's os a good price and I think 4 of them would sound real nice.
