You ever use a jigsaw to make long cuts? It will take forever and i doubt you will be able to make a straight cut with it.Sanding isn't going to cut it IMO, the only other option would be a flush trim bit, but you need a router for that.

Do it the right way or else itll look like shit and leak air all over the place

your right, a table saw is it a pain to use? if i go cheap will it hurt me in the end. thanks guys for your help this morring, i wana feel like i can do this but first i need the right tools lol.

you just need a circular saw...get a decent one if you can. Table saws are quite expensive for nice ones, don't go cheap on a table saw either. You will kick yourself in the *** later if you do

so what can i put the wood on to cut it with the saw? to chairs, or will it cost me$$$

saw horses, chairs, anything you can find really. I used the bed of my el camino to finish my build the other day, lol.

30x15x20 and the sub holes start from an inch from the top on the small side and and inch from the far side on the top

You could go cordless, but it'll **** when the battery dies on you, better off with a normal corded kind, unless you have no power nearby

its not too bad it looks like...you dont want to go cordless right away. nice cordless ones can get up there in cost. If you can wait a bit, check out garage sales and craigslist. i scored a niice makita for 20 bucks
