4 10 inch subs or 2 12 inch subs

As recent as yesterday I swapped out my 2 12 RF T1's in a custom ported enclosure for 3 10 Crossfire BMF's in a custom sealed enclosure and it was no comparison. The 3 10's any day of the week. The 2 12's were bridged down to 1 ohm and the 3 10's are bridged down to 2.67 ohms and they still outdo the 2 12's 7 days a week. A lot of the sound comes from clean power, proper size enclosure and the quality of the subwoofers. Personally, I will never use 2 12's again after experiencing 3 10's in a smaller enclosure.

4 10's would be monstrous for sure.
