3sixty.1 aux not functioning.... help

Can anyone help me as to why it will not work. I had it installed at a trusted car shop. (audio advice in la crescenta CA) but they guy couldn't figure out why it wasnt working. I bout this thing "new" off ebay... and discovered there is no warranty (sonic electronix.com).

Since i cant return it, do you guys have any ideas as to why its not working?

If not, any ideas for a cheap aux connection to a 2004 honda accord?

He said he reprogrammed the unit, installed it again. And he spent the rest of last night trying to get it to work.

The car shop owner said that would be useless (if i were to call to get an exchange) because the serial number on both hardware and software were erased.

I would call and see if they will help you trouble shoot. Im sure they will help you get to the bottom of the issue..

.... i called the company that sold me the unit. They said i could return it directly to them to get it replaced. I gotta drop it off at their main office since its like 20 min from my house. Thank god. I really wanted that aux input.
