i have NO idea. what ends up happening as stated is oil companies buy the rights for the technologies then sit them on a shelf. the car they were using was very little (almost like a smart) so there might be a horse power issue also there is a guy (want to say tennessee not sure) that uses glass jars and hydrogen or better burning gasses (i dont remember the terminology) to get 100+ miles out of a gallon of fuel. only thing needed is a fuel injected engine. ...might have just allowed fuel vapor to pass into the cylinder as well but im not 100% sure but again there he converted a small car to do this. so i dont know if it was a hoax or had limits on power. these were all on little tid bits on msnbc and cnn and maybe even fox. almost looked like he was running a still behind his air cleaner LOLAnd these rocks? They can meet our current and future demand for energy? If energy is that cheap, I am going to buy a tank.
