I hear so many bad storys about Brazilian daily use. "dirty" sound tons of power. If I could hear one of the new ones for myself I will pass judgement. I played with one of the last gen before. It wasnt bad but I didnt know what good was thenyep and all legit, i have never seen a stetsom amp underperform, **** brazilians lol.
same **** as sound digital
yea you put in some work on that tC. If I ever do wall mine or doing anything drastic, I think I'm gonna try something like 4 TC sounds 12s or 2 18s depending on my space. Those stetsom amps look nice for what youre tryna do though. Those are worth a look or the rf or the memphis mojo 4k get my vote I know from experience those older memphis amps are very efficient since i ran the 1500 on my stock alt. (come to find out the voltage drop I thought i was getting was bad RCAs) wish i found that out before I sold my amp!Its really good in the MECA park and pound stuff. Its only a 1.5db behind the guy that won state and finshed high in the finals last season. If I could get some TL time I might could match him. My sunroof track is bent also
There was a tC with a 4th order wall on CACO a while back.yea you put in some work on that tC. thats what i was just about to ask. i dont see any of these being much of an upgrade over your zx2500. maybe the strapped sundowns or ofcourse the memphis 4k. but with the way you'll set em to accommodate for the electrical, it will probably not be worth the coin. unless you just wanna spend some cash.In all fairness. The ZX2500 is fine, there is just something I dont like about it.
I have but I kind of want to keep it new. I might could get by with $200 more but she normally only notices when it gets over $1000. When I say she is done I mean she is done. Thats why Im maxing out my electrical and what the subs can safely take daily and calling it a day.looked into the American Bass VFL amps? Todd Faircloth here runs an entire american bass van that is literally unbearable to sit in. it does weird ish to your body when u sit in it.
I have want that RF since i first seen it. It should be a 1/2 db gain which could with some testing put me over 145. And the cp has that little feature that holds power longer like the high end JLsthats what i was just about to ask. i dont see any of these being much of an upgrade over your zx2500. maybe the strapped sundowns or ofcourse the memphis 4k. but with the way you'll set em to accommodate for the electrical, it will probably not be worth the coin. unless you just wanna spend some cash.
ahhh, forgot about that feature in the RFs, that would be pretty nice. I know my JL 500/1 with that "constant power" stuff was sick for a 500rms rating!I have want that RF since i first seen it. with 3k at your subs, how well does your front stage keep up? you dont run rear fill do you?And after I sell the Kicker and my old Hertz front stage Ill only be out a few hundo
I cant decide what I wanna run for my front stage in this Sq build of mine. I really wanna do a 3 way front stage preferably dayton to match my subs. But if that fails, i'll probably grab some hertz and bridge my amp and see what they do.I just put in the Hertz HSKs up front.. On 150 from the PDX they can drawn out the subs on some tracks. 1 1/2 inch tweets and killer mid bass. Highly recommended.
