if i wanna install a yellow top battery in my trunk..how would i wire it to the battery in the hood, so the alt charges both of them? diagram anyone?

hook up both postives together and both negatives together.

I highly suggest the use of this:

I would also add a circuit breaker at the rear of the car for times when you want to service the vehicle and need to disconnect power.

wow, very great from both...

so in the middle of the power wire, i'll use a circuit breaker..okay... very simple.. what gauge wire should I use?

no less then 4 gauge, and put the circuit breaker close to the rear battery.

wire the positive to the battery up front and make a new ground for the battery in the rear

okay..

so connect both positives.. but have a cicuit breaker on the positive wear close to the read battery... and connect the negitive of the near battery to the body chasis?

what other batteries are pretty good, nonspill like the yellow tops?

you dont NEED an isolator which was shown.
