id have to agree with him.... all my stuff in my truck i have traded out work for i havent spent a dime on audio in like a year ...... save it if anything give urself a lower budget and put some in the bank u can have a pretty nice daily setup for under a grand

if i were u i would definately go used.i use to buy everything new and know almost everything i have now is used.look in the classifieds for the amps and subs.if u r buying from the right poeple they will still work just as good as new stuff does.poeple who know what they r doing can push there stuff to the max and it wont hurt anything.just make sure the poeple u r buying from have refs.lmfao about the r types for 380 each,i paid 150 brand new for my r type 12"s from car tunes 2 years ago.if u want good quality amp go with kicker or the aq2200.

I'm the opposite. I prefer to pay for new gear from authorized dealers as much as possible. I've been burned a few times with used gear and discount dealers. You get what you pay for.
