I'll do my best. I've had this 1-800-STOPNOW propaganda sitting on the table for about a month. They give you this little chart that fits in your pack - when, why, and how bad.

More often than not the answer is, "not too bad, really. just smoked. habit."

My plan is to eliminate the "just because" cigs (you know - when you hop in the car, or get to the bar, after lunch, etc) ..and maybe that'll make it easier.

Easier to quit from six a day than twenty-six, right?

Its only as tough as you think it to be. I found the only reason I ever smoked was to pass time when bored. Obviously a very stupid reason to smoke. Quite a few years ago. Doesnt even cross my mind anymore.

Not smelling like crap is a plus, actually tasting food, ect..

Good luck on quitting. I've only smoked for about a year but found it was tough with all my friends around me smoking. It's not like I was hardcore addicted to the nicotine, but rather to the routine when I got in my car or had a beer. My girlfriend thinks that I quit since she absolutely hates it. I only lasted about a month when I did try quitting but it was just to hard. My willpower is

thats good bro, i wish i can get my mom to stop smoking, and my brother, i know its going to take my moms life, after 40 years of smoking she is showing of it...i just hope i can stop my brother before he is doomed

Congrats man...Its tough to do.I quit 3 times for about a year at a time,but found new things to smoke.(cigars,pipes)Your past the hardest part.And drink lots of water.Dont know why,but it helped me.

Thanks for the support. I'll make it. I quit many other bad habits already, but I must say this one is a biotch. I just keep thinking the money I'm saving, I will by myself some nice comps.
