I don't know about any other states, but January 1st ciggs go up a dollar a pack here in Texas //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/greedy.gif.5a53e6246569d7ab79867170f3b06629.gif After 25 years of smoking I have now gone about 2 weeks without a cigarette. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/imdaman.gif.bc6c552e19aa4ad8c47461144f40eb1a.gif I know it may be no big thing to some of you but nicotine is one very addictive drug, tobbaco whatever you may want to call it. I thought I would never make it this far, but I have done it.

I can smell better and food taste different and I didn't sleep for like 4 days. After one week of not smoking my wife was crying she was so happy I made it even that far. Seeing that is what will make me go the distance. If anyone else plans on quitting a bad habit, good luck. It's worth it. Happy New Year.

First 2 weeks are the hardest! Lol Keep it up, I'm going on 2 minutes, and counting..Lol jsut playing

And Now that you dont smoke, Does smoke stink to you? I quit, and now I can't stand the smell of it

Congrats man, it is tough.

I've been smoking on and off for about 12 years. Been thinking for a while that its time to quit. I haven't smoked since yesterday, have no smokes, and am currently being snowed in by a blizzard so I can't get anymore.

What better time to quit eh?

About the worst part of quitting for me is traffic/road-rage and when I have a few beers in me. If I can avoid both for awhile I think that will help.

Yes, now when my friends and family come over they have to go outside to smoke. But it is getting easier with time. After meals, coffee and *** is the hardest times for me. I need a cigg bad then.

quitting smoking is very hard, congrats.

i made it a few days of only taking a couple drags.. and like 30 hours without a smoke.. but i cant seem to quit. I guess im not ready //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

If a person can tolerate zyban its the shit for quitting. I took that for a while and didn't even think about smoking...quitting was just that easy. Unfortunately the zyban screwed with my sleeping and made me hella edgy/aggressive (more so than just stopping smoking) so I had to stop taking it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
