Here's the ducts. They don't really fit. It's definitely pinched around some of those corners, but thankfully the server fans still force a lot of air through.

Finished 95% of the work adding a relay for the fans, balancing and putting the new cells in, wiring for the second amp - and then realized I'm short like 2 or 3 feet of 4/0 cable 😂

On the bright side, there's not much left to do to get the second amp, and the wire should show up this week, so I ought to have the second amp in very soon. Then the system will be complete. I've been pretty happy with just the one 8k; I can't wait to see what these subs can do with double the power.

You can see in the pic I have all 24 cells now and I removed the top of the box to make it easier to slide the bank in and out.

Don't mind the mismatch wires, I ran out of 8 awg and made do with two 12 awg

I also wired one coil from each sub in parallel to the amps. So each amp powers one coil of each sub. Mainly just so I don't have to worry about keeping the gains exact.

It's finally done.
Its been an odyssey to be sure. I hope it is all you envisioned and more. Nice execution and a few tricks new to me have kept this build entertaining.

Now to meter the beast and see if that flexin' Sienna can contain the output... lol

No shade thrown at anyone, all that deadening WILL help for sure. Once upon a time I thought my 1997 S-10 Blazer was deadened and keeping up till the strikers ripped out of the doorjams and I had to hold the door closed for 180mi returning from an event. I found a dollar general eventually and bought bungees but talk about a fun trip. And my numbers were down but fun. Crazy how the door strikers failed before the glass but you never know how it'll all pan out till you push the limits

I never competed but bracing my old explorer sealed sunroof wood all in front half of roof stuck on underside as heavy support, deadener rear half, some in front doors, some hatch foam and bracing, ripped sheet metal in half hatch glass, one of two bolts broke holding rear glass going doing the interstate because half glass latch fell down inside lower part of hatch, ripped all the welds, my rear window almost fell out going down interstate. When you work on panels, you gotta be careful what your brace and add mass to and don't because it moves pressure around. Brace one place a bunch, another place will blow out. Idk my rear hatch had welded parts of it 3 times back together. Just kept ripping. Idk somewhere around 145-150db is where you get like exponential problems with vehicle flex and holding pressure from what I've seen, roughly, at least for lower bass.

The Odyssey is a different minvan bro, this is a Sienna... I'm kidding 😂

But yeah man, I'm glad you enjoyed the thread. I enjoyed the conversation. I was already pretty happy when it had just one amp, the second one should be another level.

For sure. I'll meter it soon. I want to see what it can do.

I say 'it's done", but yeah it's "done" until something else breaks 😂

I haven't paid attention enough to know your tuning but with the wattage you have and 2 15's you're gonna get metal fatigue. Those round ports look long enough to hit some lows haha
