2009 Camry disabling the stock tweets

I just got a 2009 Camry without the JBL or Nav. If I want to use the stock wiring and put in my own 6.5 coax's or comps will I have any trouble disconnecting the stock tweets that are in the dash with no grills? Can I do this behind my new HU within the wiring harness or is there some stock crossover I need to locate?
