2003 Civic EX Sedan Door Panel Removal

Need instructions on how to safely remove the door panels in a 03' Civic EX, 4dr, without scaring up plastic, or breaking panels. Also need advice of removing kickpanels/carpet, and getting a 1awg power wire into the cabin. Any info you guys can provide would be great! Thanks!

Remove screws and/or pins. Lift up pull away.

some of the screws may be hidden behind other removable panels such as the door handle cover or various light covers
