2001 Chevy S-10 motor swap

Does anyone out there know how smoothly putting an LS1 in an S-10 will go. is there anything special required. I have the wiring harness, do i need to fab motormounts and transmission mounts. also going to put the 6 speed manual in as well.

you can buy all the mounts and brackets prefabbed so you dont have to make them. i have done quite a few v8 swaps into those trucks. it really isnt that bad of a deal.
