Ok now there is a big gap in the pictures thats because I was running out of daylight and I wanted to get everyhting done.

These are the bottom pices

These are the two top pices.

Everything sitting together.

With all the ID OEM's in

I am mauking up the baffles on my doors. I am going to cut out the door manels tomorrow at the shop.

I am going to be placing two fo the Seas tweeters on the baffle in betweet each driver. and the third flushed in the top of my door.

I will have to wait till next weekend to cut out the trim ring that will go around the entire baffle. I am going for a clean look and nothing to crazy.

More to come later this week.

Ok guys we had a really slow day at the shop so I took a half day and did some more work .

This is after I cut out all the holes for the tweeters.

Both layers put together.

Using the jig that I made yeaterday to get the pices for the trim rings.

After some careful cutting I have my trim ring.

Now putting everything together.

I didn't get to cut out the other trim ring. My roughter sliped on me and messed up the trim ring so I will have to wait till this weekend to make the other one.

Here is what it will look like now.

Lets not forget about what it looks like with all the speakers in.

Tomorrow I will be cutting out my door panels so I will have more pics tomorrow.
