2 really quick questions!

On my HU there is a Subwoofer level that goes from -15 to 15. Just wondering where that should be?

Also for bass/mid/treble settings.. is it best to leave it flat at 0 or no?

set it to a comfortable lvl you want it to be without too high of bass to distort the front, that is if you don't have them amped like me
