Yes i have the electrical system to do this or otherwise i would not even being thinking about it. And i say a sealed box because i want to have them rear firing in my SUV but if i can not have them rear firing without cancellation i will have to fire them to the roof and in that case i would port whatever i get. I was just wanting to go sealed because the low bass is so much better i like to feel the bass. I just had 4 Orion P Series in a sealed box rear firing and the lows were awesome however i wanted more Spl so i got a 13 cube ported box tuned to 40 and was actually disappointed. I do not know if it was because it was firing up but i could not feel the bass as much and the lows suffered tremendously. I gained output up over 45 hz but i could not really feel the bass. But i like ported boxes because you pick up all the frequencies better except the lows. Unless there is a way I can build the ported box to hit the lows better and still excel in the mids.

Go for 2 Digital Designs 9515's.....electrical system BLAHHHH...maaan, I have 2 autotek 1600.1's and a kicker 365.4, with an optima battery, and 2 batcap 60's....NO ALTERNATOR UPGRADE...and My headlights dont dim at all!n So with my experiences, alternator is not a huuge deal.

cuz u have those batcaps or whaeva, sumthin like usually solves a dimming problem. some say adding a cap would solve it. but who buys caps?

A price range would really help the most. My friend just got 4 DD9512's and 2 Orion 2500d's and MY GOD!!!!! You cant sit in it for over 2 seconds when turned up or you feel like its going to decapitate you! I would say 2 DD9515's would absolutely wang and you will like it!

The price range is not much of an issue although i do not have enough to get the magnums. I was going to get the L7's or R's off of ebay. I was also thinking about trying out the alphasonik 800 series because they got pretty good reviews. But budget is not really a factor and the reason i am going sealed is because it sounds better to my ears it is not as boomy and plus i like to have my subs rear firing. So out of the R's, L7's, and now i am looking at alphasonik which subs would give me the most output in a sealed box with that amount of power? And which subs will be able to hit all the frequencies better

i had 2 15" L7's on a Orion 2500d in the back of a Honda and it was awesome good pressure

Well i decided to go with the L7's. Now does anybody know what the ideal airspace would be for them sealed. I will have 4 15" L7's and 2 Orion 2500's. One 2500 to each pair of subs and i will be wiring them to one ohm so what would be the ideal amount of airspace sealed per woofer with that much power?

y in the hell would u seal? its not worth it man and i hope u got the electrical 2 back it up or u gonna fry the L7s and possibly the amps if u drop low enuff. i believe its like 10v where they shut off. but i'd drop down 2 2 9512 and 1 2500d and be set. if u dont have the room, dont force it in there.

I have the room to port them they would just be upfiring and i do not like the sound of ported all that much it is too boomy. I have had numerous ported and sealed setups and sealed just sounds better imo and i am not going to be competing this is just a DD and sealed sounds better to my ears, and like i said the electrical is fine.

Man I swear If I had a penny for everytime you conderdicted yourself I would be a millonare. One post you say seal the l7s, they sound good and then the next post you say port them.
