Ya transference of energy from a battery through it casing and through concrete to gound is pretty much impossible unless the frequency and voltage is into the K's. Now you can still kill a battery by leaving it uncharged on concrete and that is due to the constant coldness of it. Temperature is one of the biggest killers of batteries. Once a liquid battery has reached below 10V or so it starts to lose the checmicals off its plates which settle to the bottom and eventually may even cause a short, in extreme cases. AGM's are pretty immune to this... Polo.
