It's going in a Chevy Cobalt.

Powered by an AQ 3500 currently.

3 cubes tuned to 38hz with an 8" aero.

Looks really nice. Why so small though? I don't have any first hand experience with DC subs, do they operate well on that kind of airspace? If that's the case I might have to look into redoing my setup, since I'm so limited on space.

High powered SPL drivers like smaller enclosures. If I remember correctly, DC recommends 1.5cf per 12" sub on the lv4/xl/5/6

That looks great man! I like the router work on the flush mount and that Aero port looks nasty!
