okay heres the deal, I have a mitsubishi lancer 03
my stock alternator is around 85-90 amps
I just recently purchased my second amp for the subs, a jbl 1201.1 on each kicker l7 12"... I was wandering if I was to purchase a optima yellow top battery and put it in the trunk for the audio system would I really notice much difference because im still only getting one source of power? also if this helps at all I also have a 2 farad cap... and if the battery does help would you guys recommend using an isolator since the deep cell wouldnt match the battery in the front of the car? also if you do recommend an isolator are there cheaper ones than 100$?
