2 awg better

I'm gonna puttin the phoenix gold 1200.1 in my new sonata. it'll get between 1,000 and 1,300 rms (especially after the big 3). I know a quality 4 awg wiring kit is typical for this, but they all seem to come with 16awg speaker wire...and that seems a bit small to me. I was thinking 12 would be more appropriate. anyways, i know it never hurts to go a lil bigger with the wires, so should i go with the 4awg PG kit wth 16 spkr wire or DB Link 2awg with 16 spkr wire...and with either, should i go ahead and get some bigger spkr wire anyways

good 4 ga and 16 ga should be fine. if it is cheap wire, you may need a little extra.

well, the 2awg DB link kit is almost the same price as the phoenix gold 4awg kit (on ebay), so i guess i'll just go with the DB cuz i know it's good stuff..thnx
