yea i was thinking about even a theme box like auburn tigers (despite their off game this weekend) or somethin kinda wild but who knows?? any idea on a cost for a painjob on a box like this though??

if you did all the prepwork yourself then i couldn't imagine a good paintjob for a box that size costing more than a few hundred depending on the paint and clear you used. but honestly, if you have a big compressor/tank you could just go buy a decent paint gun and do it yourself. great skill to pickup as well.

yea true i think my neighbor actually has a high quality spray gun that body shops use and from the jeep i saw him paint the other day i'd def let him paint my box...prob little to nothin to do it too

yea like i said i'm gone leave it in at least a few weeks before dealing with taking it out since its been so long sine hearing bass in my car but im gone to bed now ill catch up tomorrow

lol with good eq you can hear music its not like i ride around with my bass settings up just mainly for testing it out or showing someone or sometimes when i just want to hear how loud the thing is. but its the same way as my 4 wheeler because i live in a small town and found out about all kinds of stuff over the internet and i put about 1500 in my 4 wheeler few years back and mostly everyone that sees it just stands back like whoa but it's all about PATIENCE and saving. I cut grass in the summers and even into fall past two years, work at a local motocross track, and have sold stuff here and there to make money....trust me money's short now esp since i backed my moms caddy cts into a small trailer that i didn't know the guy had behind the truck when he pulled up behind me.

you said the screws are not big enough to go through double mdf.. well why don't you cut the top one so the sub lays down on the first layer.. (cant think of the word right now for what the method is called)...
