12'' mag box plans

Height- 17 inches

Length- 31 inches

Wheel well width- 37 inches

Width 52 inches

can anyone make up some box plans for this? (unless you know something that will hit lower and louder)

2 ft^3 tuned to 32 Hz

^^ whats the difference in those 3 designs, i see the length/height differences but what would that do to the output/lows of it?

Nothing. If the NET Volume, port area, and tuning are the same they should have very similar output and performance.

2 cubes at 32hz is apparently a very solid DD design for the MAG.

EDIT: just noticed that the top one has bit more port area than the others. All should work well as long as they fit into your space requirements.

The widest one looked a little wide to fit in your wheel wells. If it will fit it would be the best design. You wont really find a box that is lower and louder without major testing in your vehicle.

See is the one with the 3" port will fit your specs, let me know if I need to tweek it a bit.

The widest one looked a little wide to fit in your wheel wells. If it will fit it would be the best design. You wont really find a box that is lower and louder without major testing in your vehicle.
See is the one with the 3" port will fit your specs, let me know if I need to tweek it a bit.

everything about the 3'' ported box fits except the length...the absolute biggest on it is 38'' from side to side, so i just put 37 there...

is there anyway to keep that same design witht the 3'' port and make the length a little bit longer (make the 13'' longer, then bring the 41'' down a little to 37''. ) would that be possible

Similar output. These all use the same basic design and simliar specs.

There are boxes that will play louder. Flared round ports should get you a little louder. I am sure someone could design you a bandpass or horn that will be louder. But those boxes have tradeoffs as well as the benefits.
