2.5 mm aux input

on alot of the pioneer hu's theres the aux input on the front. I want to use this to play my ipod and ps2 through the system. Has anyone used this and can tell me how the sq is.

i think what your looking for is a 3.5mm minijack connection. Just make sure to turn off the iPods EQ because it will make it sound different if it is on.

nope, its 2.5mm. its retarded i know. go to a cell phone store and find a 3.5 to 2.5 cable or adapter to use.

sound quality should be pretty good. honestly better than any other way unless you got the ipod adapter, but you cant use that with the ps2.

if you get the the ipod adapter, there is a connection for another external unit,

and i know they make an axiluary (sp) input adapter, and i think that it is for left and right RCA's

just check out pioneers site

just ger a regular 3.5 MM cable, with a 2.5 MM adapter from radioshack.
