wierd noise from head unit

this never used to happen with my old system but once i put the system in my boat when ever i change the track i get this wierd noise out of my subs and anything that has an amp on it, it sounds like a low gurgle or something , kinda like a growling when i switch tracks like you can hear the head unit thinking or something, what is it?

A weak ground on the head unit allowing for the RF crosstalk created by the mechanicals within the deck working to introduce itself into the signal path would be my first guess.

Just reground it bud. Of course you can fix it.
