2 12s or 1 15? XXX or OZ? Soundsplinter?

I have the opportunity to get 2 OZ Matrix Elite 12s for $225 shipped, or 1 15 XXX for $300 shipped. Which would have more SQ and SPL?

i have been told that the OZ elite is a **** good subwoofer...but i have never actually heard one so i can neither confirm nor deny...

what system would you recommend? Also im going to go the route of sealed for various reasons (much simpler to make, harder to screw up on, tighter bass, It would already be ungodly loud, id prefer SQ over the extra dB or 2) how big of a box should I go?

that depends on how much space you have....

and if you have a lot of space then i suggest you do run ported...

but if you are going to go sealed, i would choose the OZ's...but thats just me..

My main question is would the matirxes be louder than the XXX? and does the RLP sound better than the matirx or are they similar?

would an Orion 1200D be a good amplifier to power them or is there a better amp? Im looking for sub $300 (ebay/forum prices) on the amp, thank you.

I loved my 15 xxx that is all I can say. Never heard an rlp.

As far as SQ and SPL... for SQ you can't really know but they are both capable of sounding **** good. For SPL, that depends on the box... but they should both be pretty loud.
