So then what would be the advantage of getting the Type-R's? SQL?

I'm planning on getting an Audiopipe AP15001d; 1500w@1-ohm (at least close to it)

yeah...what mojobill said....2 15" CVX ported...should be pretty loud....if not i'd go with the 3 12" CVRs off of the power you stated above.
