2 12 inch Kicker comps dont hit hard ( help )

Alright so i got 2 12 inch kicker comps in a sealed box u know that the box is to small but is that why they doint hit hard?

my amp is an jesen 420w amp

they don't hit hard because they are the lowest model kicker makes and that they are in a sealed box.
