1x type r or 2x type e's

i had a civic coupe with a single type r. it was nice, i was pleased. but now i have a 04 solara witch has more trunk space.

i was thinking about trading/selling my type r for 2x type e's. the 2 type e's combined equals about the same rms as 1 type r. i was thinking that since i have more trunk space it'll sound better wit 2 subs but having the same rms.

should i keep the single type r or get 2x type e's and put them in the solara

Id stick with the 1 type R over the type E's anyday. If anything go get another Type R.

stay with the Rs get another 1, and put two in, Es are bottom of the line, id rather see you get the Type S over the Es, but stay with the Rs youll be much happier with them

everyones saying stay with the type r so i guess ima do that, but im not gonna install it untill i switch out the factory unit w/ a double din. more than likely i'll get another type r down the line
