1990 Accord--FActory stereo removal

What's the best way to get the factory stereo out of a 1990 Honda Accord??? I got one for my 16 yr old to drive and the factory unit is fried. I've got the glove box out, the ashtray out, and all accomodating screws out. It won't budge. I've never had an issue getting stereos out before. But this one's proving difficult---any help would be appreciated. Strick

Thanks Xluben---I was all the way to the 2 8MM bolts. I appreciate the help. She's gonna love this thing. Had a factory that didn't work, 4 speakers that had been blown long ago and an antenna that wouldn't work. Got the new antenna on, got an Alpine on the way with ipod hookup, 4 Polk 6 1/2's, a kicker solobaric, and a Phoenix gold 5 channel amp. Appreciate the help.

haha, all that for a 16 year old girl //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

hope she appreciates it!

She probably won't. Although she does seem to be excited. I've run into a problem getting the new speaker wire into the front doors. I've got the wire through the grommet and into the door down around the speaker. However, Honda has a very hard cased flat square grommet on the side of the car. I used to route wires in other vehicles through a grommet there. But this one seems to be almost impossible to do. Any ideas? I'm going to your link of accordingly.com and see if they have something.

Amp came yesterday--it was huge.
