161db for single 15"?

I think it could b possible. The Sundown 15" Beast prototype sub Jacob has been diligently working on is doing like a 152.3 with two SAZ3000's powering it. I only seeing that sub getting better and better. And also that sub is the daily version not the SPL version.

all this talk about this and that is irrelevent until details and parameters of the build and application are figured out.

Its a GUARANTEE that this number could not, would not and never happen in a regular Street application.. We can use the most widely accepted form of measurement the Termlab..hows that...

And by street application I mean using Street class installation rules...

Now if you were to go with an install which would allow a wall, multiple batts, amplifiers then anthing is possible... too many variables to take into account...

is it possible for a single 15" to achieve 161db in a meter???//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
Depends if you are talking about a setup that would play music as well or a "one note wonder" One note wonder for sure.... Musical that would take the power for daily. HELL no unless in a port. Honestly even on an old audio control would be moderately hard to do

Car is off during the run and voltage is limited to 14.0 volts before the meter starts

and he did a 161 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
