161db for single 15"?

depending on the application

what measurement device and placement

But if you're looking at straight drop in and go then, NOT A CHANCE IN HELL

is it possible for a single 15" to achieve 161db in a meter???//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
Yes. If you have mounted your subwoofer in the meter, Id guess it will hit 161. At least.

u could pull that in port wars easy. In a daily setup I'd say its almost impossible. IN a comp car, it'd have to be very well setup and a driver that can take huge amounts of power

I know of 3 15"s doing a 160 below window line to in a extended cab tacoma //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

recently it happened on a DB drag competition here in manila philippines. 1 15" stroker wall in SUV powered by a 3200rms amp hits 161.1 db... it means its that loud???
