16 v system??

what would you charge the batteries at?? and if you wanted to get a voltmeter for the batteries..would u have to get one specifically for 16v or would a 12v one work? wouldn't it have to read above 18 volts?? sorry just somethin i was thinkin about guys...
You need a 16v alt or an alt with external regulator and 16v batteries.

you need an entirely different setup from your stock to run 16v, so that require more than 1 alternator.. Much less of a headache IMO. I charge at around 18.7v on my 16v batts.

lol sorry i didnt say i was only using one...i plan on using 3...2 for 16 and 1 for 12

theres several ways to charge 16v and different batts take diff volts to charge. I know U can charge a batcap 8400 at 19.2-20v no problems. but the 3 post shouldnt be more then 18.5 continuous and 19.2 max at a short period of time
