15+V voltage regulators

[regal 10+ year member]

Most cars computers and electrical system can handle 15 to 15.5 volts. Is there any way to change out the voltage regulator to something in this range?

the compuer MAYBE i dunno about the cars electrical system.....thatd fry things in ur car....
