15" Type R vs 15" Fi BL

Fi's site is down for the BL... so I can't get any specs off it.

Anyways, I have a 12" Fi Q and it's just not loud enough. So I took that out and for giggles put in my 12" Type R and it's quite a bit louder... this isin a small sealed box. So since I'm going to be building a new ported box (3.5-3.8ft^3 tuned to 33-34Hz) I thought I might as well sell both subs and buy a 15" Type R.

However I've been thinking about going with another Fi... the BL. How do the BL and the Type R compare? As I said the Fi Q was not loud enough but sounded awesome. The Type R sounds so-so but gets quite a bit louder and that's what I want right now. So would a 15" BL be louder than a 15" Type R? I would guess it should sound better as well?

Edit... the amp is a Diamond Audio D5 1200.1... so around 1350 @ 1 ohm.

then definitely go with the BL. they are loud and can take more watts than the R
As long as it will get louder than the R. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The RE SX looks like a nice sub, but I'm not looking to spend that much.

I'm not really sure how much a BL cost though or what upgrades should be got with it.
