Hehehe, well, my XX-Hercules came defective, so im waiting on warranty information crap to arrive to deal with that situation. In the mean time i wanted to check and make sure my wiring and whatnot wasnt what did the amplifier in, so i took out my old Kenwood 729S to wire up. Its a 2 channel amp thats bridgeable.

The good news is my wiring is correct, and i must say, going from a single 12" Alpine Type-E to two 15" Type-R's is quite the difference. With the gain on the kenwood set giving about 100-150watts to each sub, those things were goin pretty hard. my extra battery terminals in my cup holders were bouncing all over the place, let alone the window wiper on the rear hatch.
